Our story

Thirty years ago, the Bosio family took over a historic bakery on Corso Langhe, officially establishing Il Forno di Bosio . The bakery quickly won the hearts of the people of Alba for the quality of its products and the kindness and professionalism of its staff.

In 2015, the bakery moved to a new location in the Moretta area, offering its customers not only delicious baked goods, artisan bread and pastries, but also a variety of coffee and delicatessen services.

The Corso Cortemilia 17 location is joined by those at Piazza Garibaldi 4 and Piazza Trento e Trieste 3, which also share the same characteristics. Not just a pastry shop and bakery, all the spaces are tastefully furnished, welcoming, and family-friendly. They offer delightful moments, from breakfast to brunch, aperitifs, or tea.

Places to spend time relaxing or chatting, enjoying excellent food and artisanal products. Forno di Bosio is part of the Pan ed Langa association , which brings together bakers from Alba and the Langhe who make bread according to ancient traditions.
